Now we just ran a simulation. If I close the pForecast window, will I lose these results?

For a deterministic simulation, yes, it will be lost.
For a stochastic simulation, it will be available until you run and case with identical number of runs once more. When you enter the Scenario’s Properties, you will see a “Available simulations” list of all previous simulations under the Profiles.
If you are currently looking at a simulation result, you may find other previous simulations under the menu item “Select Simulation” in the rightmost top corner.
