We have X fields, and if there is a pitstop/revision stop, all the fields would be affected. So, for the PE, should we add the shutdowns individually, or is there a way to make a template and add them like a cluster or group?

You can use the same PE forecast on all your facilities.
You may want to split them, because you have different PE values, and then you need to add them individually, because you may also have other revision stops which are valid only for one facility.
And you could import the shutdowns/PE forecast using Excel, in that case you could reuse part of the data, copy/paste or make references between Excel sheets.
Even if you can use a common file, we would recommend to duplicate the information.
