It would be wise to import to pForecast a selection of reservoir simulation cases where constraints are removed, but in case the constraints have large impact on the pressure development, you should keep as much as possible of them but still not violate the high production value of each well. In this way we will ensure that the pressure volume used will be representative for the results.
Not including constraints will mean giving unlimited constraints, and may inevitably lead to erroneous data regarding pressure volume, unless the impact of the constraints are small enough.
The above also applies to PE.
